Lane Roofing recently supplied to specification, a complete Roofing System including Esha’s unique recyclable Single Ply Membrane Esha Universal & Esha Therm with 13 roof lights for a roofing refurbishment project on the Charles Wilson Building at the University of Leicester.
When the University’s Estates Office considered re-roofing the Charles Wilson Building (due to its leaking roof), they selected a system from Esha Uk as it was the one that could fulfill their demanding criteria – eco friendly, high specification, value for money and importantly Esha could offer a complete one stop solution with a 20 year labour and materials guarantee.
For this project, Esha’s approved contractor, Lane Roofing installed over the existing roof a vapour barrier, Esha Therm Insulation and Esha Universal Single Ply Membrane with the top sheet, bonded in cold adhesive with the laps heat welded with a flame free hot air gun. Esha Universal can also be mechanically fixed or ballasted.
